We currently offer two types of products on this website:

  1. Affiliate (partner) products
  2. Our own products (digital and/or physical – available now or coming soon)

The return and refund rules are different depending on which type you purchased.

1. Affiliate / Partner Products(Examples: products you buy after clicking links to Amazon, Nike, Apple, etc.)

  • These products are sold and shipped directly by the respective retailer (Amazon, Nike official store, etc.).
  • We do not hold inventory, process payments, or handle shipping or returns for these items.
  • Your purchase contract is directly with that retailer.
  • All returns, refunds, warranties and customer support are governed exclusively by that retailer’s policy.
  • Please visit the website where you completed the purchase for their specific return instructions (usually 14–30 days).

2. Our Own Products (sold and fulfilled by us)This includes any digital downloads, physical items shipped by us, courses, ebooks, etc.

  • 14-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked) from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • For digital products: the 14-day period starts the moment you receive access/download link.
  • For physical products: the 14-day period starts the day you receive the package.
  • To be eligible for a refund, physical products must be unused and in the same condition as received (original packaging preferred but not required).
  • Refunds are returned using the same payment method you used.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we approve the request.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (for physical products).

How to request a refund for our own products?

Simply reply to your order confirmation email or write to [email protected] with your order number.

We’ll take care of the rest.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital items that have already been downloaded or accessed (unless covered by the 14-day guarantee above)
